Mike has lived in Michigan for over eleven years and is very happy to call it home.
He came to the US ‘for a couple of years’ to re-launch the Cadillac brand in 2001, developing the successful “ Break Through” campaign that turned around the brand’s fortunes.
Prior to that , he had held several Planning Directorships and worked on brands including Sega, BT, Orange, Carling Black Label, Kronenbourg1664, The Scottish Office, Quaker Oats, Sugar Puffs, The Labour Party, Cadbury’s and a number of car brands. If you’re noticing a heavy international emphasis in his work, it’s because Mike hails from the other side of the pond.
After twenty three years in the business, he is more enthusiastic about working in the industry than ever before. He has always been fascinated by what people think and what they do and is beginning to suspect he always will be.
Enacting the intellectual rigor to understand the exact nature of a client’s problem and developing a bespoke solution keeps him deeply engaged in the work.
