In the creative world, you quickly learn two things: have a thick skin and learn how to defend your work. So who better to do that than someone who spent time in the United States Army Reserve on a Howitzer heavy artillery gun crew? In short, that's Scott Lange, our Executive Creative Director.
Before taking up arms for our country, Scott graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. Since then, he has migrated through the Detroit advertising community, working on accounts that include Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, The Coleman Company, Warner Brothers Pictures, Comedy Central Brands, Chevrolet, the US Navy, Consumers Energy and more.
Scott’s specialty is leading cross-discipline creative groups in idea generation around a solid strategy. He is an integrator, matching the strengths of diverse groups in order to produce unexpected solutions to common problems, and insightful digital experiences.
Scott has been recognized by the Cannes International Advertising Festival, the International Automotive Advertising Awards, New York Festivals, The One Show, and the Favourite Website Awards, to name a few. He lives in Birmingham, Michigan, with his wife, Nancy, and two children.
